Vernica Estrada is a product of Vernica Estrada Fashion Group, a company 5 members team spread all over the globe from New York to Poland to Russia to Malaysia. Co-founded in Malaysia in 2011 by Buzzlair Voufincci and Laina Sofia, it now has grown from a small unknown blog a community of more than 200 members and more than 1000 visitors a month.

Buzzlair Voufincci started his entrepreneurial venture in 2009 with his first (small) creative agency, Vmalni International. He then ventured into another field, setting up Vista Qiara Enterprise with a focus on lifestyle offering and as for VE, fashion. At VE, he is responsible for VE's strategic direction and business development intiative.

Laina Sofia started his entrepreneurial venture in 2009 with her (successful) shawl business. With her experience in fashion business and her connection in the field, she co-founded VE and leading company-wide operation as well as its online/offline marketing initiative.
